FAQs

Does StillThere provide the recipes?

StillThere does not own or provide any of the recipes. This service allows StillThere to transcribe the client-provided recipes into a clean, standardized, easy-to-read format so that the recipes can be regularly used.

Do I have to give you the original copies of my recipes?

Not at all! In fact, providing pictures, scans, or links of recipes is preferred. If electronic copies aren't available, then we can arrange for originals to be dropped off locally or shipped.

Does StillThere get to keep my recipes?

StillThere, LLC does not keep any recipes unless permission has been explicitly granted. All recipes will be held for 30 days to make sure any reprints or corrections can be done, then the recipes are removed from our system.

What happens if I find an error on one of the pages?

If you notice any errors, please reach out so they can be corrected. Revisions and corrections are included at no additional cost for up to 14 days after delivery.

I don't cook, What can I use the Kitchen Binder for?

The Kitchen Binder makes a great gift! Family recipes are a treasure, even if you don't cook yourself. Having a binder makes it easy to share family recipes with friends and future generations.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Due to the custom nature of this service, all items are non refundable once work has begun. You can check out the customer service agreement HERE.
